The race is a combination of the mid-week Moel Tryfan and M Mawr races with a bit extra thrown in.  The check points are as follow

cp1,  Moel Tryfan 515562 cp2, Large rock 525561, cp 3 & 6,  M Mawr 540547 Northern Cairn 543553,  cp5 Foel Rudd 549543, cp 6 M Mawr then back to finish. 
U18's turn back at cp 3.
