An Adult PAIR of competitors can run together; where only one competitor is required to meet all Previous Experience Requirements upon entry. The Adult PAIR must stay together at ALL times on the course. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd PAIRS.

Short Course allows a SOLO Adult (parent/legal guardian) to run with 1 Junior competitor (over 14 yrs); where only the parent/legal guardian is required to meet all Previous Experience Requirements upon entry. The ADULT/JUNIOR PAIR must stay together at ALL times on the course. Prize for 1st ADULT/JUNIOR PAIR

Bus transport from Llanberis to Start in Ogwen Cottage (GR 651601), finish Yr Wyddfa Summit (GR 609543). Main Registration in Llanberis on Friday evening 5-7pm. Limited registration at Llanberis on Race Day. No Arrival/Registration in Ogwen.
