Cyfres Ieuenctid Rhedeg Mynydd De Cymru

A series of six fell races across south & mid Wales for all juniors ages.  

Free for WFRA members, £3 others (where u18s or u20s run with the seniors they may have to pay the seniors rate). Please complete series consent form before racing if possible: not ready yet! (only need to fill in the form once per season).

• An individual’s best results from three of the six races will be counted for the Series.
• All juniors completing four races will be eligible for a participation prize.
• Age categories for each race are based on age on 31st December 2026: under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20
• Minimum age for races is 6 on the day (younger runners may run with an accompanying adult)
